When you install PackSmart, we collect information necessary to provide the service, including your Shopify store URL, shop name, and contact email. We also collect product and order data from your Shopify store solely to provide prepack functionality.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve PackSmart. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Prepack configuration data is stored in your Shopify store's metafields and in our secure database. We retain this data for as long as you have PackSmart installed.
We do not share your store data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service (e.g., hosting providers).
You may request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us at support@sjsmartapp.com. Upon uninstallation, we will delete your store data within 30 days.
