By installing or using PackSmart (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
PackSmart is provided for use with Shopify stores for wholesale prepack order management. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
PackSmart is available on a monthly subscription basis. Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled. A 14-day free trial is available for new installations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. No refunds are provided for partial months.
SJsmartapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
